OVERVIEW
Our plastics injection molding division draws on extensive experience delivering demanding projects in the telecommunications and automotive sectors. We also apply our expertise across other industries, including consumer goods, food processing, packaging and hobby.
We are capable of handling assembly, participating in mold design, and managing mold production and sampling.
Alongside series production, we also specialise in custom solutions and turnkey projects.
Our production facility is equipped with modern storage areas featuring racking and handling technology. Separate storage spaces for granulate and finished products ensure maximum efficiency in warehousing and logistics.
Customers also benefit from the strong backing of the PLP Group, the expertise of our in-house design engineering team, and decades of experience in plastics and metal processing. With a focus on customer-centric solutions, we accommodate a wide range of requirements and specifications – ensuring your projects are always in the best possible hands.

EQUIPMENT
Our production capacity includes 19 injection molding machines from Borche, Engel, Arburg and BOY, with clamping forces ranging from 100 to 7,000 kN, complemented by robotic systems. The production hall is equipped with a modern central drying and granulate distribution system by MOTAN, ensuring high efficiency and precision in material processing.
Assembly fixtures are an integral part of the production process, enabling in-house component assembly within our facility.
For measurement and quality control, we use a state-of-the-art Wenzel Renishaw PH10M PLUS LH 87 3D measuring machine. We also offer this system as a service with available capacity, operated by our trained team.
We operate our own tool room for preventive mold maintenance, equipped with a Haas CNC machine, a horizontal milling machine, dry ice cleaning technology and an ultrasonic bath.
We process a wide range of engineering thermoplastics, including PP, PE, PA, ABS, PC/ABS, TPU and TPE, with glass fiber-filled grades up to 40%.
