OVERVIEW
Our metalworking division combines cutting-edge Amada technology with skilled craftsmanship and a passion for quality. With two CNC punching centres, we can precisely process sheet metal panels from 1,000 × 1,000 mm up to 1,250 × 2,500 mm – in mild steel, aluzinc, galvanized sheet, stainless steel or aluminium, with thicknesses ranging from 0.55 to 3 mm. Our press brakes handle bends up to 2,200 mm in length and from as little as 8 mm, making us equally capable of prototype runs and high-volume series production.
Our team of certified welders works with both carbon and stainless steel, performing stud welding of bolts, nuts and grounding pins, as well as pressing and riveting in diameters from 3 to 6 mm. We also offer precise flat cutting on a band saw, shearing up to 2,100 mm wide, tumbling for a perfect surface finish and assembly of complex structures according to technical drawings.
In cooperation with trusted partners, we provide full surface treatment services – including powder coating, electrolytic and hot-dip galvanising, and mechanical deburring. This allows us to offer a true all-in-one service that saves your time and costs while guaranteeing consistent quality – from raw materials to the final product.
