PRECISION SHEET METAL PROCESSING WITH AMADA TECHNOLOGY

At the heart of our production facility is a state-of-the-art AMADA punching center, ensuring precise and efficient processing of sheet metal components with outstanding repeatability and production accuracy.

Technical capabilities:

• processed sheet sizes from 1,000 × 1,000 mm up to 1,250 × 2,500 mm
• supported materials:
• mild steel
• aluzinc
• galvanized steel
• stainless steel
• aluminium
• material thicknesses ranging from 0.55 to 3 mm

This technology enables us to manufacture a wide range of components for industrial applications, electrical enclosures, telecommunications infrastructure and other technical solutions.

SHEET METAL BENDING

For final product shaping, we utilize advanced press brake technology, allowing us to produce both simple and highly complex bends with exceptional precision.

Equipment capacity:

• bending length up to 2,200 mm
• material thickness up to 8 mm

WELDING, ASSEMBLY AND FINAL OUTFITTING

We provide a complete range of welding services, from simple welded parts to large and complex structural assemblies. Production, assembly and installation can be carried out according to customer documentation or tailored individual requirements.

A significant added value of our services is our ability to provide final outfitting with electrical components, including the installation of electrical equipment, cabling, terminal blocks, power supplies and other accessories. This allows customers to receive a product fully prepared for installation and immediate operation.

SURFACE TREATMENT AND COMPLETE SERVICE

In cooperation with trusted partners, we offer comprehensive surface treatment services, including:

• powder coating,
• electrolytic galvanizing,
• hot-dip galvanizing,
• mechanical deburring and other finishing operations.
