The Fiber Optic Closure MDC is a highly reliable, small scale, cost effective closure which provides a flexible alternative to traditional network interface devices. The closure has a robust latch system, paired with an integrated silicon gel grommet. This allows for effortless re-entry and creates a secure seal over a wide range of cable profiles. By manufacturing from high strength materials and subjecting to stringent thermocycle and ingress protection tests, the MDC is a built-to-last closure protecting fiber optic splices from water ingress. The closure can be installed on walls and poles or into chambers.
