Dear Customers and Business Partners

 

Herewith we would like to inform you about the changes in our company effective as of October 1, 2018.

In accordance with Act Nr. 125/2008 Coll. on the transformations of companies and cooperatives, two new companies will be established, MICOS Telcom s.r.o. and MICOS FMB s.r.o., to which the assets associated with their activities will be transferred.

In the case of MICOS TELCOM, it is the assets necessary for the production and business activities of the existing Telcom Division, and in the case of MICOS FMB it is the assets related to the real estate management. The decisive date of this transformation will be October 1, 2018, when MICOS TELCOM s.r.o. and MICOS FMB s.r.o. will be established. The ownership structure of both the companies will remain the same as that of MICOS spol. s r.o. All legal and business obligations remain in validity, but in relation with these changes it may be necessary to update some of the concluded business agreements. All other necessary information, such as our ID, Tax ID, and bank details will be announced to you in the near future.
